My web host is moving over to a wix platform and tells me that I may be able to add a response app by the end of summer. 

The only option at this time is to embed a response field that is connected to a non-existent Facebook account. This host is  attached to bigly & only youtube and vimeo videos are allowed to be posted. I did not plan on turning this website into a blog so did not think ahead. Until the convoy blasted through, I was not using this website except for recording work-related projects. Here I am, building as I go along. 

A response field will be a good addition.

Maybe I will focus more on writing content. My old days of blogging as a network administrator with Bruce Schuman on the United Communities of Spirit interfaith collective (HighwayStar* / HS*) is starting to shine through. Feels odd now. I will make a start.  

I am thinking of you Bruce. Peace and blessings on your journey home. We will meet again. I hear Santa Barbara calling to me right now. That entire Origin database should be preserved. Who is looking after that? Bruce would drive up from Santa Barbara about every six months & visit me where-ever I was living at the time. 

He must have visited me in half a dozen places over our years working together. He would stay for weeks and take hundreds of photos of me and the entire area where-ever I was. 

Bruce operated many websites through origin dot org, a great many interfaith people came together. We worked together on UCS for about 10 years. Good-Bye Bruce.

I think that Bruce would like that I write or blog. For myself, I do not know yet. Just do what feels right, I guess. We did a lot of writing in our day.

I had gone to see him twice in my life-time.

Sound mechanics was a true skill back in the day. I think that I have forgotten more than I remember now. There was a teaching that I received many years ago about sound. The teaching was relative to Druidry and also related to the Hypogeum of Ħal Saflieni, a Neolithic subterranean structure, which dates back to the Saflieni phase in my Maltese prehistory and ancestry, located in Paola, Malta.

The coordinates: 35°52′10.5″N 14°30′24.5″E / 35.869583°N 14.506806°E. I may hire a silversmith to fashion a bracelet or ring with these coordinates as there is a Smith in my area that does this work, using coordinates in her designs. The Hypogeum was abandoned: c.2500 BC

The Druidry teaching as regards to sound was relative to hunting practices that uses wind and a string or some kind of line to create certain sounds that attract different kinds of beasts to the area.  The other teaching on sound was relative to this Hypogeum. It was apparently built in a way that a whisper in the visionary speaker's area of this Temple can be heard everywhere in the building as a loud speaker sound, but only if the voice was of one gender or another. I believe it was male. The resonance did not happen otherwise. This was a very old teaching, further back than the first teaching I received in regards to beans and the giantess that everyone loves on the island there. I'll take a look back. I think that it is ok for me to look back and rediscover some things, at this time.

The word wind, as used in the above context, is relative to the word sea wave, in terms of the Phoenicians, or the word snow for the Inuit or the Scots. It is a word for a force of nature and not a total descriptor of that behavior in nature.  

I have been carrying more loathing than love for my culture of late. More because of the horrific Maltese practice, which has become a "tradition," of lawlessly hunting down anything that has wings and flies. It is hard to let that one go and look at other things that I may love. I was active at one time online fighting this cultural practice. People fought online and off-line with one another, lost friends, sued, conspiracies generated, lawsuits filed, & voters rallied in the streets with their kids armed to the nines with weapons more powerful than needed to shoot a love bird. It's absurd. Neighbors fight neighbors over it. Fences are built, but the buckshot still tells the story as the ground is littered with evidence of this deadly "sport" on this insanely small island home. You think that this war btw. socialism and capitalism is ugly? Sicily is next door on Malta. You know who calls the shots. You can take it from there. 

The EU fought Malta for control of this practice as a condition to join the EU, but Malta would not budge on the bird killing tradition and refused to join the EU unless Malta was allowed to continue this "cultural" practice. The EU caved and created a loop-hole just for Malta to entre the EU. The tradition with said loop-hole for EU access on both sides, remains. Like bull fighting, this must stop. It is unlikely that it will as we Maltese people are quite a stubborn breed. I have not researched on this practice for an update here since I was last active in trying to stop it - maybe 10 years? I don't know if I want to know. 

The unique Maltese myth of the giantess is an interesting one. The Maltese create stories of her & make her into a sort of Johnny Apple Seed, but with beans. I think that this indigenous myth is interesting because for me it links the Book of Enoch with Malta as being one of the sites of the placements of the giant race bred btw. humans and "the watchers". The reckoning did happen and Malta was one of a series of locations for the necessary disbursement because of unlawful aberration on earth. Giant bones were found in various locations on the planet. Cannibalism is a feature of the findings. Enoch's retelling bares fruit. The foretelling is in place. Jack and his beanstalk may have to come back for a retelling too.

"No human bones have ever been discovered in any Maltese Temples." For some reason, Christianity in particular, and humanity in general, turns the page on historical findings of giant bones regarding the race of giants in relation to the Book of Enoch. The narrative is quite narrow and the giants do not pass the stink test. Were they used as slaves? Maybe that is why they took to eating humans - mmm Lobster. Too much AI, not enough soul?

One Temple on Malta housed only human bones - hundreds  of them neatly stacked according to the bone type itself. Femurs are all stacked together, skulls are all neatly stacked together into the cubicle wall recesses., A shelf for only the tibial bones, etc. Very nice work if you can get it. Is this particular information still online? Maybe, maybe not. 

The Maltese people themselves immersed in Catholicism also do not want to know. There is a younger generation of pagans who are struggling to sift through the cultural appropriation of the crusaders. Unfortunately, as is common, the search is highlighted by angst, hatred for the Jesus line believers, and things are not going well. Narratives are at war and the downside is that  pagans commercialize the craft as much as Catholics do theirs. 

Maltese youths appear to embrace the giantess as a sweet-heart, I think, because our ancestry beyond Catholicism and the Knights Templars is hidden from us. For a youth who feels a calling beyond said dominant narrative, the calling to be with that ancestry can be experienced as an aching need within the heart. When the dominant narrative is in your face in all that is on Malta, it can turn ugly, and it has. Ugly in a way that trivializes universal truths because the face of that communication is too detestably intolerant of any other life view, to consider learning anything of that spirit. 

Doing a search today I see the telling of the bones of many animals found on Malta, with a link to the great flood. I think that there is more that should be told. Hawass? Who knows? My muses are mine. I have done some experiments using bird sounds, but that is for another day. Enoch is a badass dude - but the May Queen Rules the Day. Blessed Be.

According to the nonpartisan Economic Policy Institute, legislatures in at least ten states have set out to weaken federal child labor laws. In the first three months of 2023, legislators in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, and South Dakota introduced bills to weaken the regulations that protect children in the workplace, and in March, Arkansas governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed a law repealing restrictions for workers younger than 16.

Those in favor of the new policies argue that fewer restrictions on child labor will protect parents’ rights, but in fact the new labor measures have been written by the Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA), a Florida-based right-wing think tank. FGA is working to dismantle the federal government to get rid of business regulations. It has focused on advancing its ideology through the states for a while now, but the argument that its legislation protects parental rights has recently enabled them to wedge open a door to attack regulations more broadly.

FGA is part of a larger story about Republicans’ attempt to undermine federal power in order to enact a radical agenda through their control of the states.

That goal has been part of the Republican agenda since the 1980s, as leaders who hated federal regulation of business, provision of a social safety net, and protection of civil rights recognized that a strong majority of Americans actually quite liked those things and getting Congress to repeal them would be a terribly hard sell. Instead, Republicans used their control of federal courts to weaken the power of the federal government and send power back to the states.

Historically, states have been far easier than the much larger, more diverse federal government for a few wealthy men to dominate. After 1986, Republicans began to restrict voting in the states they controlled, giving themselves an advantage, and after 2010 they focused on taking over the states through gerrymandering. This has enabled them to stop Congress from enacting popular legislation and has created quite radical state legislatures. Currently, in 29 of them, Republicans have supermajorities, permitting them to legislate however they wish.

The process of taking control of the states by choosing who can vote got stronger today when the North Carolina Supreme Court, now controlled by Republicans, revisited an earlier ruling concerning partisan gerrymandering. Overruling the previous decision, the court green-lighted partisan gerrymandering, opening the door for even more extreme gerrymanders in the future. The court also okayed voter restrictions that primarily affect Black people.

Gutting the federal government and throwing power to the states makes it easier for business leaders to cozy up to legislators and slash business regulations. It also enables a radical minority to enact its own worldview despite the wishes of the state. This dynamic is very clear over abortion rights and gun safety.

Last June, quite dramatically, the Supreme Court overturned federal protection of the right to an abortion guaranteed in the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision. In the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health decision the right-wing court said that decisions about abortion rights belonged to voters at the state level.

But as the last ten months have made clear, the right wing does not really intend to let the voters of the states make decisions that contradict right-wing ideology.

After the Dobbs decision, Republican-dominated legislatures immediately began to restrict the right to abortion, although it remains popular in the country and voters have rejected extreme abortion restrictions in every special election held since the decision. Now Republican legislators in Ohio are trying to head off an abortion rights amendment scheduled for a popular vote in November by requiring 60% of voters, rather than 50%, to amend the state constitution.

Gun safety shows the same pattern. A new Fox News poll out yesterday shows that 87% of voters favor background checks for gun purchases, 81% favor making 21 the minimum age to buy a gun, 80% want mental health care checks on all gun buyers, 80% want flags for people who are dangerous to themselves or others, 77% want a 30-day waiting period to buy a gun, and 61% want an assault weapons ban.

And yet, Republican majorities in state legislatures are rapidly rolling back gun laws. Republican lawmakers in the Tennessee legislature went so far recently as to expel two young Black representatives when they encouraged protesters after the majority quashed their attempts to introduce gun safety measures after a mass shooting in Nashville. But they were not alone. Last week, when the Nebraska senate passed a permitless concealed carry law, Melody Vaccaro, executive director of Nebraskans Against Gun Violence, shouted “Shame!” multiple times. She has since been “barred and banned” from the Nebraska statehouse.

The attempt of a radical minority to enforce their will on the rest of us, who constitute a majority, by stealing control of the states and then, through them, control of the federal government is precisely what the Confederates tried to do before the Civil War: it is no accident that one of the insurrectionists who attacked the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, carried a replica of a Confederate battle flag.

And yet, in the wake of the Civil War, when former Confederates tried to dominate their Black neighbors despite the defeat of their ideology on the battlefields, Congress tried to make it impossible to pervert our democracy by capturing the states. It passed and in 1868 the states ratified the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution, putting into our fundamental laws the principle that the federal government trumps state power.

It reads, “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws,” and it gives Congress the “power to enforce…the provisions of this article.”

The over-bloated egos running big business today on both sides of the aisle, and the who gives a shit, will see their end and  destruction through their own arrogant self-righteous ego inflation alone. The C.vid narrative is trying hard to make a come-back (damn those Canadian truckers) and cruising around on Reddit has proven to me how incredibly dialed into the simulation we are. And not in a peaceful way. It is as if the simulation itself is angry. I am kind of in a state of shock really. 

I hadn't been on social media for a long time after the final boot off of fb. I just kind of walked away. It was easy as I was busy. But in that time I forgot about that angst online. Now on Reddit and it seems most of the content is left-wing wah wah. It's no wonder I got booted off fb 18 zillion times. Refreshing my memory about the mantra, "you are not alone, there are many of us." Yes. Social Media Angst. Everyone hating on Liberty, Medical Freedom/Freedom to Choose. It is simply stunning how easily people walk into a cage and say, please, do lock me up, I am not safe to be me. I am too ___ for my own good. 

Anger towards the west from the EU right now. The timeline has failed due to members not holding up their end of the bargain. EU is stepping up . . . what-ever it is the EU does to step up resolve to demand member countries face-up their EU agreements. This is driven by long-term support for Ukraine in "preserving" a Euro-centric control over Europe. No reverse gear. No cruise control, no neutral it seems. All treble, no bass. 

I am also reading on Reddit bot-style posts. They are longer and follow a casual voice in a mundanely technical way, concluding narratives that are way too zen or travel brochure-like to be real, considering the human wah wah shit posts between them really ripping it.  It is almost as if there are more alike posts than a variety of viewpoints to set the cv.2 narrative. On one Canada, BC specific group  all posts contain the same C.v.2  narrative with slightly different versions, while brutally beating down "MAGA" types. Apparently, nothing has change on social media since the last time I was engaged.  

Moderators remove dissenting opinions as there are many "removed by moderator" posts. I've been looking around for a few days and it already feels worse than fb.
